 Completely confused about what

Completely confused about what I want to do

I never really knew how much a Job defines you

Now im unemployed, and I cant buy food

I guess mom did tell me “ Rey do what you need to do”

But it was background noise, like an alarm you put on snooze.

And now...

When I close my eyes I see myself wearing a suit and tie

In front of a crowd with big bright smile

I can’t help but think to myself “Wow”

Never thought I’d be the one teaching statistics now

Probably means I need to change my major now

From liberal arts and sciences to Education now

And its going to take a while

my goal is far away… for now

First I need to earn a bachelor or even a master degree

Many more years in school but that doesn’t bother me

I need support from my friends and family

This could change my life drastically.
